Kirtan meditation is the answer for our times
Kirtan – is the congregational chanting of transcendental sound — mantra. Kirtan is
generally practiced in a call-and-response style, where one person will lead the kirtan, and other people
respond in unison, repeating the mantra.
Kirtan is called mantra music meditation, as it incorporates
playing musical instruments, singing, chanting, and dancing.
You will have an amazing experience.
Kirtan brings light and love, relieves stress,
gives
peace to our hearts, and positively influences all the living beings around us.
In times when hate and conflict run rampant in our world, we can unite
& Become Peace through Kirtan Meditation.

It’s Time For Us To
Become Peace
We are living in difficult times, filled with wars, conflicts, and misunderstandings. In
the world, there is very little peace, love, and compassion. After experiencing personally the reality of war,
we feel that it is our calling to unite people for the sake of peace. Meditation and spirituality will help us
find peace within and without, balance our minds, find ourselves, and feel spiritual love.
We need to
focus on the solution, not on the problem, and that solution is the profoundly transformative spiritual
practice of Kirtan. Kirtan’s power to purify the heart and mind has never been needed by mankind more than
now.

What to expect at Kirtan?
At Kirtan, you can expect a concert with musicians, music, and Mantras instead of
lyrics. Learning mantras can be much easier than learning the lyrics for every song. There will be plenty of
wonderful people gathered together — including you! The musicians will play and sing and the whole room will
be fulfilled with beautiful sounds.
Kirtan is something absolutely special — come and see! You’ll feel
relaxed and comfortable right away.
What do you do during Kirtan?
Kirtan means congregational chanting — we all sing together, and you can join in or just listen. No vocal skills are needed — kirtan is a judgment-free zone! You can relax on your pillow (we’ll prepare it for you), or move to the music, and simply let the wonderful sound of mantras embrace you.
What Are Mantras?
Mantras are transcendental sound vibrations used in meditation since antiquity. Unlike silent meditation, mantra meditation involves hearing and repeating, making it easier to achieve focus. Mantra meditation can have powerful effects, such as relieving anxiety and stress, improving your relationships with others, and helping you become truly happy from within.
